Wlibur Wolfingham. Without a doubt he falls into the legitimate "recurring villain" category. His schemes often work until Superman puts a stop to them, so he's hardly a bumbling villain, just one who is badly outclassed by Superman.Andersonh1noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37940560.post-73955278013239338062014-06-25T08:57:19.635-03:002014-06-25T08:57:19.635-03:00Looks like Jimmy made the right decision not signi...Looks like Jimmy made the right decision not signing!Siskoidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08266365376486695812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37940560.post-4019247068579392162014-06-25T07:08:33.738-03:002014-06-25T07:08:33.738-03:00Guess who's back for a single panel in Superma...Guess who's back for a single panel in Superman #32 ...Martin Grayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09574149543260175962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37940560.post-44307118434883568722013-09-03T07:37:49.728-03:002013-09-03T07:37:49.728-03:00First, that's a lot of support for this charac...First, that's a lot of support for this character. Tons of villains are real screw-ups, but Wolfingham was such a bumbler even his encyclopedia entry talks about how stupid and incompetent he is.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15438253684711321317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37940560.post-45882705850688770822013-08-31T13:38:47.024-03:002013-08-31T13:38:47.024-03:00I've always liked J. Wilbur Wolfingham... an unrepentant con artist is a fairly clever idea for a Superman foe simply because he's NOT someone beating up does the slightest bit of good to do. Add in his awesome W.C.
