According to my trusty Encyclopedia of Super-Heroes, he was built of dead bodies in 1866 near Metropole City, slept for a century, took a fleshtone mask to town and starting living as "Frank Stone". Occupation: Millionaire monster (kind of like Donald Trump, but green). His story continued for 2 more issues:
And he had a supporting cast too, including a valet called William, who was the only one who knew his identity, and Miss Ann Thrope (oh god, I just got that, groan), his unwitting girlfriend.
