Source: Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes #16 (2005)
Type: Alternate futureReader Mathew E sent me looking at LSH volume 5 (AKA Parents Just Don't Understand) for an appearance by the post-Infinite Crisis Klar Ken T5477, and here it is, though writer Mark Waid doesn't explicitly say he's a Superman. In fact, it looks like this version of Klar isn't very Super at all. Jerk.
This is as good a time as any to show an other reference to Klar in modern comics before I lay the character to rest for the remainder of Reign. He is featured on Rip Hunter's blackboard in Booster Gold #21 (this would be a post-52 version).
Should we expect a reappearance?
