Roger's Master was the game's first villainous PC. We shall never see his like again. As a tribute, we now present his character sheet. (Click to enlarge for legibility.)
Stuff that didn't fit on the sheet and kept on the back...
SKILLS
*The Master has a +2 Fighting Expertise bonus in Swordsmanship, and +2 Subterfuge Expertise bonuses in Disguise, Identity Theft and Mimicry.
GOOD TRAITS
Adversaries (Major) - The Doctor/UNIT/The Time Lords
Boffin (Major) - see Equipment, below
Charming (Minor)
Hypnosis (Major)
Indomitable (Major)
Psychic Training (Minor)
Technically Adept (Minor)
Time Traveller (Major) - The Master suffers no penalty for working with technology outside his Tech Level
Voice of Authority (Minor)
BAD TRAITS
Eccentric/Kinship with the Doctor (Major) - Though the Master wants to hurt the Doctor, something often keeps him from killing his nemesis when the opportunity presents itself, finding some excuse not to pull the trigger. He also clings to the hope that the Doctor will one day join him in his plans for conquest.
Eccentric/Megalomania (Major) - The Master is so convinced of his own genius, he usually underestimates both his opponents and his allies.
Eccentric/Over-complicated schemes (Major) - The Master prefers his plans to be so complex, they provide his opponents with many opportunities to interfere with them.
Obsession (Major) - Defeating, humiliating, hurting and/or killing the Doctor
SPECIAL TRAITS
Feel the Turn of the Universe
Time Lord
Time Lord (Experienced)
Vortex
EQUIPMENT
**Using Boffin, the Master builds one Major Gadget for each story, replacing the Major Gadget from the last (Tissue Compression Eliminator, Laser Gun, Fear Machine, CCTV Wristwatch, etc.)
FAVORITE METHOD FOR ACCUMULATING STORY POINTS
The Master often played on his Eccentric Traits to gain Story Points, of course, but his favorite ploy was to allow his alien allies to turn on him, thus creating a situation where he would have to team up with the other PCs (the good guys) to fight their common foe.
The full story of Roger's untimely departure will be told at Season's end.
