BAD TRAITS
Adversary (Major) - The Daleks
Eccentric/Death Wish (Minor) - The Doctor feels so guilty for the part he played in the Time War that he will often act recklessly, with no thought to his own safety and sometimes even that of others, choosing solutions that might, for example, blow up someone's place of work, or agree to revisit the same point in time twice, endangering all of reality
Eccentric/Flirtatious (Minor) - This incarnation of the Doctor likes to a bit of harmless flirting, and perhaps remembering what he got up to in his romantic 8th incarnation, is displeased when his virility is put in question
Eccentric/Northerner (Minor) - The Doctor affects a Mancunian accent and attitude on the premise that "other planets have a North"
Impulsive (Minor)
Last of My Kind (Minor)
Random Regenerator (Major)

SPECIAL TRAITS
Feel the Turn of the Universe - The Doctor can use this sense to "update" information on a changed time line by making an Awareness + Knowledge roll against a difficulty based on how much the time line has changed (a result of history losing something of its integrity in a post-Time War universe)
Time Lord
Time Lord (Experienced)
Vortex

FAVORITE METHOD FOR ACCUMULATING STORY POINTS
Despite having quite a good Awareness score, the Doctor often omits to even roll Awareness in certain situations to play up a certain obliviousness or absent-mindedness. The Doctor sees the big picture, but not always the small details right under his nose. In exchange, the GM awards him Story Points he likes to use to inspire companions and allies, preferring to make THEM the heroes, because he thinks of himself as damaged and unworthy.
