Well, you tell me. Though Wallace & Gromit (and rather famously, K9) creator Bob Baker didn't create the Shaun the Sheep spin-off, it still looks to me like they based the Farmer character on him. This is Bob Baker:

Or maybe it's just a coincidence. I mean, Wallace & Gromit did name the Baker Bob character after him, but he doesn't really look like Baker, so... just someone completing the tribute, so to speak?
