I'm pretty sure Black Canary used to call him a sharpshooting pig back in the mid 70s.

Currently in "Green Arrow" comics, Ollie has allowed himself to be turned into a werewolf so he can know what it's like to be a minority.
He's not a sharpshooting barnyard animal, though. He doesn't really use his bow or anything. This is another example of DC hiring a writer who had a story he wanted to tell, and didn't give a damn which character he used to tell the story.
