I remember being somewhat shocked by Celsius death, when I read it with 12-13 years old. It wasn't an heroic act (I'm not even sure she managed to stop the battleship). It looked more like the suicide of a desperate, sad person with problems. Mostly that nobody believed her when she said the Chief was her husband. Of course that bastard Chief was lying and playing with everybody back then.
