The Fantastic Four comments were interesting. If you thought She Hulk's hair was overly-sprayed here, check out Amazing Spider-Man Annual #23 (drawn by Rob Liefeld) ... her hair is enormous! She must've used a dozen cans of hairspray and volumizer. And yes, Agatha Harkness is in the Book of the Dead, but she was later brought back to life and hung out with the West Coast Avengers.
As for the amenities in the Baxter Building, I checked out the original OHOTMU (which included floor plans) and not only is there a rec room, a multi-level gymnasium, and a 40-foot pool, there's also a regulation handball court and a Japanese garden/meditation room. No mention of a bowling alley, though :(
