Most spells in the Golden Age are in reverse-speak. Here it seems Zatara is worried his Turn Car to Flying Chariot spell is going to give out and he gives it a boost with "KEEP GOING!".

Quality Comics' Merlin has the same shtick (someone should sue), and he makes Gasoline Appear, at which point drums of oil float up from the surface of the sea!
