From: Tiny Titans #42, 46, 50 (September 2011, January 2012, May 2012)
For the rest of Tiny Titans' run, Krypto is mostly kept in the background, with the above panels his only real spotlight (in issue #42). Basically, the Super-Pets are just following their masters, who are following Bizarro-Superboy (Match) and Bizarro-Supergirl. The only thing we need to know is that Match is really quite taken with Krypto.
I like to think that's because Connor, in normal continuity, has a history of not getting along with the super-pup.
In issue #46, Krypto is one of many Super-Pets at the dog park.
And in the final issue #50, he's witness to the start of a Tiny love affair...
...but he's not alone.
It's a shame Tiny Titans had to end (even if they would be back in a mini-series), but Superman's presence there hints at the next chapter of "cute Krypto"'s life. But that's a story for another day...
