Most of the costumed HYDRA agents get entries, except for a few like Blackwing and Mankiller. (Probably a good thing in Mankiller's case, since she was basically the stereotype of what men thought a feminist was in the 70s ... meaning she was angry all the time, smashing stuff and yelling about how terrible men are.)
