One Panel #474: Fall of the Sidekicks Continues

From Green Arrow: "The Silent City" by Mort Weisinger and George Papp, More Fun Comics #74 (December 1941)

I don't mean they're falling, but that we're looking at comics that came out of the Fall (or autumn) of 1941. If anything, sidekicks are on the rise. Last week, I showcased Sandy the Golden Boy's first appearance. When we were doing September 1941 issues, I completely missed SPEEDY's introduction (in More Fun Comics #73), so I'm remedying that problem now, with his second. Better late than never. My apologies to Green Arrow fans, but in my defense, it was also Aquaman's first appearance!

Now can someone tell Lil' Roy Harper that's now how you fight with a bow?
