Considering the Ark motif, I think - nay, DEMAND - Superman should know a little more about the animal kingdom than mistake - indeed, contradict the locals on this - a tiger for a duck. But perhaps this is a hint at what kind of creatures have evolved on Krypton. Or the Earth-2 Krypton. Can you say Earth-2 Krypton? Or is it just Krypton-2
