From Justice Society of America: "Hemisphere Defense" by Gardner Fox and Cliff Young, All-Star Comics #9 (March 1942)
All-Star #9 has the JSA split up (as usual) and going to different South American countries to fight spies and saboteurs intent on getting their claws into too-close-for-comfort Mexico. When they're lucky, the JSAers get a fun splash panel with the country map at the start of their chapter. Here's the Sandman swinging on oil derricks in the country the U.S.A. keeps saying it doesn't want to become. Wish I could say they had Dr. Mid-Nite jumping into a mountain of Colombian cocaine, but no one was thinking of that in 1942.
