If you thought the Penguin (or, I guess, Tim Burton) invented the wind-up explosive penguin, think again! Here they are in a 1942 issue of Uncle Sam. They speed to a Japanese ship in the Arctic and blow it to smithereens, along with all its racist caricatures!
Still, on theme alone, I think Cobblepot should sue.
