One Panel #697: Keyhole Panel

From Wonder Woman: "The Railroad Plot" by William Moulton Marston and Harry G. Peter, Sensation Comics #10 (October 1942)

An interesting panel shape, or almost, from Wonder Woman artist Harry G. Peter. I can't decide if the black space best represents the door around the keyhole, or if the page layout would have been cooler with a panel truly shaped like a keyhole. At this point, you'd expect that kind of inspired layout from Quality Comics, but proto-DC was a little less audacious.

Now someone explain to me why Steve Trevor keeps his shoes in a drawer next to his shirts. Keeping the tie intact around the shirt collar, I get. Those knots are tough. But even so, he should have it on a hanger.
