From "The Fiendish Fiddler" by an unknown creative team, Bulletman #11 (January 1943)
The Flash villain known as the Fiddler first appeared in 1948, but Fawcett Comics beat DC by five years with their own version, a criminal armed with a hypnotic violin, who fought Bulletman and Bulletgirl... but just once. Hard to have much of a footprint, so no surprise someone would eventually steal his shtick. (I'm not suggesting Kanigher and Elias were aware of this guy when they created the more recognizable IP holder!)
But in an integrated multiverse, he becomes the Earth-S version of the same character!
