One Panel #849: Evil Lightning Always Goes Up

Sabbac calls on devils the same way the Marvel Family call on Gods and Heroes from Antiquity for their powers, so it's only normal the lightning would come from underground - HELL! - instead of the sky. Oh, and with a nasty hiss, too! Certainly less alarming than all the rumbling thunder in Fawcett City, but then, it would be more treacherously sneaky, wouldn't it?
