Nightmare Fuel of the Week: I'm sorry, I'm so sorry

Picked up long ago at Mike Sterling's Progressive Ruin, I just can't think of Nightmare Fuel without thinking of this.Fridge-compatible and everything. Oh DC Comics, what went wrong?
