DIVERGENCES: Dulath is male, despite the fact that Cardassian males make poor engineers (Destiny).

PANEL OF THE DAY - Jake handles a Ferengi dildo (welcome Googlers!).
REVIEW: Another excellent DS9 story in the making, with a mystery from the past coming to haunt Kira, and a Cardassian who may not be as ruthless as he seems. Though O'Brien blames him for allowing Bajoran slaves to be contaminated by leaking generators, Sisko is sure he quit or was replaced because he made a fuss about those leaks. The art is again very strong, and such moments as Kira throwing her combadge against the wall or Dax and Sisko's tête à tête ring true. Altman is quite good at simulating the show's plots and characters.
