Reign of the Supermen #392: Superman-Prime

Source: 1st - Countdown #26 (2007)
Type: Alternate EarthI've done quite a number of permutations on Superboy-Prime since Reign started, but there's one left (sorry!).

When he was apparently killed at the end of the Sinestro Corps War, Prime was actually shunted into the Multiverse and the Guardian energy he absorbed, he found he could use to change his appearance from his 19-year-old self into adulthood. And then, well, he basically did the same old Prime stuff, which amounts to gratuitous atrocities until somebody notices his adolescent cry for help and puts him in his place again. As an adult, he was responsible for:
-The vicious murder of Zod Superman of Earth-15, right in front of his pregnant wife.
-The disintegration of said wife and unborn child with heat vision.
-Burning up the Lex Luthor and Batman of Earth-15 by flying them too fast through the atmosphere.
-Killing the JLA-15 by blowing though their satellite HQ.
-Snapping the Martian Manhunter-15's neck.
-Boiling the seas so Atlantis dies.
-Oh hell, let me skip ahead here: He blows up the entire PLANET.

If he was going to do that all along, did we need to see every little shocking death? Ok, let's continue...

-The torture of Mr. Mxyzptlk, which includes branding his face with an S shield, and making him vomit.
-Using the phrase "I'll kil you to death!"
-Blowing up the entire Earth-51 (formerly Earth-Prime) continuum, except for its Monitor and one twig. (Yes, the writers have a lot to atone for too.)

Almost makes you want to turn the page to those nasty Mary Marvel upskirts, doesn't it? But since Countdown is a series best (and easily) ignored, who really cares about all that carnage, right? It's not like it was Pantha or anything.

"I'll killyou to death!" That line is one I find awesome and hilariously bad at the same time.
