Hmmm, I always thought Beta Ray Bill looked like a horse, not a goat. Another great episode. Some interesting comments about the Beetle...the strangest thing they did with him was years later in Thunderbolts, when they changed him from Caucasian to African-American. I think it was meant to be social commentary, but I'm not sure it worked.

Whoever said she was slowly working toward being a supervillain, I'm available as a henchman (as long as I get plenty of notice). Near the end, you were all talking about possible alternate premises for Hot or Not...maybe just go with Marry, Fuck, Kill?

Yeah, I'm apparently the only one who sees a goat, including Walt Simonson. But goats are funnier than horses, so.

Loved the collective "AWWWW" at the mention of the Beauty & the Beast mini-series!

Yeah, the Beast definitely should have gotten at least a two-page entry, with images showing his appearance from the original X-Men days. Considering how many characters did get multi-page listings, this was a pretty bad error in judgment on Marvel's part...

A small correction regarding the Belasco discussion: That demon is actually named S'ym (not "S'yn"), and was created as an homage to Dave Sim's Cerebus the Aardvark. While the physical resemblance is vague at best, S'ym does share Cerebus' trademark vest.
