Krypto #127: Emperor Joker's Krypto

I don't know how the Joker understands this joke of his, but using his Mxyzptlk power to turn superheroes into Silver Age super-pets requires, well, being plugged into continuity the way it used to be put together, right? So that isn't really Krypto, folks. It's Superman. And that makes us kind of sad.

You too, Supes? Aw.

Unfortunately, the Joker has allergies so he decides to kill the dog.

I guess it's a good thing anything done 5-dimensionally can be undone. Superman wakes up in the afterlife and the Spectre sends him back to Earth, sans flea collar.

I wonder if he'll think it's weird when he finally meets his dog from Krypton. Because yes, the post-Crisis era has done without its super-dog for long enough. He's coming back! Stay tuned!
