One Panel (Maybe Two) #529: Searching for First Appearances

Okay, so by the title, you might guess my own rules here, but I HAVE TO! See, Detective #60 includes the very important, historical first appearance of the Bat-Signal. No matter what else is in the issue, we have to pay tribute to that. We're all agreed.

HOWEVER, 'Tec 60 also marks the first appearance of Air Wave, the radio-powered superhero. Sure, he's barely a footnote these days, BUT the story includes this shot of him going down a chimney:
So you see... I had no choice! The ridiculousness compels me!
