Everyone needs a tiny doctor they can lug around in case of medical emergency... Honestly, Since this is a Doll Man story, I thought for sure his size was the result of a similar accident/experiment, just not as powerful a dose. But no, he's just a tiny man who traded his insecurities for an obsession with growth hormones and became the world expert on growth glands. In this one, he makes a woman grown a lush beard.
