One Panel #893: The Crime Doctor's First Appearance

Okay, sure, he's not the best known Batman villain, but I was surprised to see he went back to the Golden Age (in other words, there's an Earth-1 and an Earth-2 Crime Doctor). Still, I feel like he should have been more recurring rogue for the Caped Crusader. He's got a clear theme, and he can work with other villains (patching them up, for example). Both versions were killed - this one in Batman #18 (out the next month), the Earth-2 version in 2006's Birds of Prey #95.
