Last Friday, I posted Rom's stats for the dearly departed Marvel Super-Heroes RPG, but my preferred system has always been DCHeroes (or MEGS or Blood of Heroes). So here are Rom's stats for DCHROM
DEX: 11, STR: 9, BODY: 15
INT: 6, WILL: 15, MIND: 13
INFL: 12, AURA: 7, SPIRIT: 5
INTITIATIVE: 31, HERO POINTS: 75
Powers: Energy Absorption 7, Flight 22, Ice Production 10, Regeneration 5, Sealed Systems 20, Skin Armor 5, Solar Sustenance 20
Bonuses: RAPs from Energy Absorption derived from electrical sources other than attacks may be added to your APs of Regeneration for that turn.
Limitations: Energy Absorption may only be used one electricity. Ice Production is Touch Only and can only be used as a cold attack.
Skills: Charisma 12, Military Science (Tracking): 8, Weaponry (Exotic): 12
Advantages: Connection - Spaceknights (High), Clairton WV (High), Fantastic Four (Low); Iron Nerves; Lightning Reflexes; Scholar (Dire Wraiths)
Drawbacks: Arch Enemy (Dire Wraiths), Exile, Guilt, Catastrophic Irrational Attraction to fighting Dire Wraiths, Minor Irrational Attraction to regaining humanity, Mistrust, Minor Psychological Instability (bouts of depression), Minor Rage, Strange Appearance, Unluck
Equipment: Energy Analyzer [BODY: 20, True Sight: 12, Scientist (Analysis): 12, Limitations: True Sight can only see through Dire Wraith disguises. Science can only determine types of energy.]
Translator [BODY: 20, Comprehend Languages: 12]
Neutralizer [BODY: 20, Dimensional Travel (Banishment): 8, Energy Blast: 15, Neutralize: 15, Limitations: Dimensional Travel can only be used to send Dire Wraiths - and Wraiths only - to Limbo; If a character that is not a Dire Wraith is hit by the Neutralizer's beam, it will be an Energy Blast, or if the character has Physical Powers, it will be Neutralize; If a Dire Wraith is hit, it will automatically be Dimensional Travel; Energy Blast is always a Killing Attack] (DC Comics' Limbo has a value of 8, which I have kept.)
*All Gadgets have the following Bonus: While not in use, each Gadget is kept in an interdimensional space, inaccessible to others. Summoning them or switching one for the the other is an Automatic Action.
Alter Ego: None
Motivation: Seeking Justice/Unwanted Power
Occupation: Spaceknight
Wealth: N/A
If I were cheekier, I'd give Rom the Shouting Power, probably Linked to his INFLUENCE (so 12). This makes other characters pause while he makes a speech. Regardless, Rom's player should do a lot of emoting and a lot of cosmic-level trash-talking. He should also show a preference for Multi-Attacks when fighting Dire Wraiths.
And what do THEY look like in the DCU?
Dire Wraiths [females in brackets]
DEX: 2, STR: 6, BODY: 6
INT: 7, WILL: 3, MIND: 6
INFL: 5 [7], AURA: 5 [7], SPIRIT: 7 [9]
INTITIATIVE: 16 [18], HERO POINTS: 15
Powers: Chameleon 10, Claws 7 [9], Mind Probe 10, Shape Change 8, Sorcery 5 [12]
Bonuses: A female's Claws are actually her tongue.
Limitations: Females must kill a person to use Chameleon to mimic that person, draining all their memories using Mind Probe at the same time (Mind Probe may not be used any other way). Males do not have Mind Probe.
Skills: Charisma (Intimidation) 6 [9], Gadgetry 8 [0], Occultist 5 [10], Scientist 8 [0], Vehicles (Space) 5 [0], Weaponry 5 [0]
Advantages: Genius [males only]
Drawbacks: Arch Enemy (Spaceknights), Exile, Catastrophic Irrational Attraction to doing evil, Secret Identity, Strange Appearance
Motivation: Nihilist
Wealth: 10
Of course, going by Ben Grimm's performance against the Wraiths in yesterday's feature, I'd have to say a Wraith's BODY should be rated at no more than 1, which is about the same as tissue paper (look it up!).
So after I finished this, I realized Sebastien Andrivet probably statted out Rom for writeups.org. And he did! Well, I'll let you compare, but I was definitely more generous (and yet based many of my figures on Rom's Marvel Universe Handbook entry). And he puts Clairton in Ohio instead of West Virginia. I should send him a note.
Either way, happy gaming!

Combine that with clobbering time, and we're talking some serious ignoring of DR right there.
